New Novella Audiobook

Although my primary reading and writing material is in the romance genre, I do love a good thriller from time to time. One of my favourite authors in horror is Kealan Patrick Burke – a Bram Stoker award-winning author with a talent for weaving words in a way that compels you to turn the page. His style of writing often inspires me to explore other genres and think differently about the way a story unfolds.
Paranormal thriller fits the bill for me which is why I wrote two novellas titled Keeper of the Dolls and The Bone Gardener. Recently, I connected with talented local voiceover actor William Johnston to narrate The Bone Gardener story. We are in the last leg of production and I hope to have it available very soon. Look for the release on my Freebies/Bonuses link page to enjoy a sixty-minute paranormal parable about lonely Joe Arthur White from Garden of Eden.
The inspiration for this story is based on a real location in Nova Scotia, Canada called The Garden of Eden which we visited in 2017. A friend of my brother-in-law lived there as a child in a classic rundown white wood-sided two-story house with a front porch and a broken wagon wheel leaning up against a large well-weathered tree in the front yard. At the foot of the property, is an old creamery building that is as basic as basic gets. Additionally, the small lake across the street is named Garden of Eden Lake. The setting, the name of the town, the sleepy old graveyard with its wrought iron arched entrance, and the relatively remote location are pure fodder for a paranormal or horror story, hence The Bone Gardener was impossible not to write. I hope you enjoy it. Photos of the house below.
